The sneaky delicious drink from Mad Lab Spirits is a blend of their house gin, house made Amaro and kombucha cordial. The house Amaro leans heavily into a Averna style with autumn spice and a bite of bitterness while the kombucha gives it nice mouthfeel and texture. Nice alternative for the back deck on a Sunday
Alcohol - 30% / 60 proof
Color - Light reddish brown
Nose - Autumn spice, deep amaro on the nose with hints of dried orange peel
Taste - Gin complements the complex bitterness and herbaceous notes with the the kombucha cordial giving it all texture and body
Finish - Long citrus and juniper notes with biting bitterness
