BC Spirits "Spirit a Day" #187 - Bespoke Spirit House Gin No. 5

DISTILLERY NOTES

While we finish recipe development on Jezebel Gin, we have a limited release! No.5.

Representing our fifth play with botanical arrangements. A citrus forward, soft juniper gin.

BC SPIRITS NOTES

A limited edition gin from a relative newcomer to the scene, Bespoke Spirit House. Huge citrus on the nose leads through to subtle but complex palate with botanicals balancing off soft classic juniper and that citrus punch from the aroma.

Alcohol - 44% / 88 Proof

Color - Clear

Nose - Bright notes of grapefruit and yuzu peel, sweet, candied and acidic

Taste - Soft juniper and botanicals, loads of citrus notes with fragrant floral finish. Classic PNW Gin

Finish - Strong fragrant citrus

Best Enjoyed - On the rocks with a splash of tonic
